Rijuven Corp.  //  NewbieCare

// PROJECT OVERVIEW

The costs associated with healthcare for a newborn can be overwhelming.  Not just the out-of-pocket expenses mind you, there is time away from work, travel expenses, and in some cases other children in the family who need to be cared for at the same time.

Managing kids can be hectic.  Managing their health shouldn’t be.

NewbieCare is smartphone app and suite of bluetooth connected devices designed with two purposes in mind – optimize the outcomes of well-visits, and minimize the stress of doctors visits when a baby is sick.  By proving parent the tools to monitor their child’s health daily, recording health data and development milestones, parents are able to walk into well-visit prepared to answer every question that their pediatrician could ask, improving outcomes and saving time.  And when the baby is sick, NewbieCare can take temperature, heart rate, and pulse oxygen as we visual exams of the skin, ears, or throat and initiate a virtual doctor visit that may allow the pediatrician to diagnose an illness or alleviate any concerns without the added stress of a visit to the office.

NewbieCare will be available in the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store in Spring 2016.
